Curriculum team
The Curriculum Team focuses on designing, adapting, and implementing instructional programs that meet the diverse needs of students. They ensure the curriculum aligns with state standards and incorporates best practices for special education. This team also provides resources and professional development for teachers, ensuring that instruction is accessible, engaging, and tailored to each student ’s unique learning profile.

Data Team
The Data Team is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to support student success. They monitor student progress across academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals, ensuring that instructional strategies are informed by evidence. This team works collaboratively with educators to develop data-driven interventions and strategies, ensuring that students’ individualized education program (IEP) goals are met effectively.
